Banana Drops Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 4
  • 1/2 Cup Butter – softened
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Large Bananas – cut in chunks
  • 1 1/2 Cups Oats
  • 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Raisins, Seedless – dark

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in bananas until mixed.
  4. With spoon, stir in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  5. Onto 2 large cookie sheets, drop dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  7. With pancake turner, remove cookies immediately to wire racks; cool.
  8. Makes about 40 cookies.
