Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 2 tablespoons vital gluten – optional
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 2/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups starter
Method
- For DAK or Welbilt, use Sweet Bread Cycle.
- Use ‘double knead’ method if possible.
