Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 (19.8 ounce) package brownie mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup white sugar
Method
- Prepare brownie mix as instructed on package
- Preheat oven as noted
- Spread the brownie batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth
- Spoon over top of brownie batter, and swirl together using a knife
- Bake according to brownie instructions
