Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 9 ounces fresh baby spinach
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat
- Add the garlic and spinach and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cook, stirring, until the spinach is wilted, about 5 minutes
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and serve immediately
