Ingredients
- Serving Size : 4
- 2 Avocados – peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender container.
- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, about 45 seconds.
- Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or fried tortillas.
- Yield: 1 2/3 Cups
