Ingredients
- asparagus
- water
- salt
- 1 quart milk – or part cream
- 2 ounces butter
- pepper
Method
- Take asparagus, break into 1/2 inch pieces, boil until tender in salted water, add 1 quart good rich milk or part cream, add 2 ounces butter, season with pepper and it is ready to serve.
