Ingredients
- 455g mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
- 1 cup (300 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tsps grated onion
- 2 tsps grated scallions
Method
- Mix all ingredients except scallions together
- Spray bottom and sides of a 3½-quart (3
- 3 L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
- Pour artichoke mixture into prepared cooker and bake on high for about 1 hour or low for 2 to 3 hours
- Sprinkle with scallions
- Yield: 24 servings
- Per serving: 19 g water; 135 calories (76% from fat, 19% from protein, 5% from carb)
