Artichoke Dip Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 455g mozzarella, shredded
  • 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (225 g) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (300 g) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 tsps grated onion
  • 2 tsps grated scallions

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except scallions together
  2. Spray bottom and sides of a 3½-quart (3
  3. 3 L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray
  4. Pour artichoke mixture into prepared cooker and bake on high for about 1 hour or low for 2 to 3 hours
  5. Sprinkle with scallions
  6. Yield: 24 servings
  7. Per serving: 19 g water; 135 calories (76% from fat, 19% from protein, 5% from carb)
