Artichoke-Chili Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • Serving Size : 1
  • 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts – drained and chopped
  • 4 ounces canned green chili peppers – rinsed, seeded, chop
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Method

  1. Tortilla chips
  2. Breadsticks
  3. Combine the chopped artichoke hearts, chopped chili peppers, cheese, and mayonnaise.
  4. Turn mixture into an 8-inch round baking dish.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or till heated through.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips and breadsticks.
  7. Makes about 2 3/4 cups.
