Apple Oatmeal Breakfast Pudding Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 705 ml water
  • ½ cup (115 g) brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsps (28 g) butter, melted

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients
  2. Place in slow cooker, cover, and cook on low 8 to 12 hours
  3. Yield: 6 servings
  4. Per serving: 214 g water; 259 calories (19% from fat, 7% from protein, 74% from carb)
