Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) flour
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 apples, chopped
- ¼ cup (60 ml) egg substitute
- 2 tsps vanilla
Method
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon
- Add apples, stirring lightly to coat
- Combine egg substitute and vanilla
- Add to apple mixture
- Stir until just moistened
- Spoon into lightly greased slow cooker
- Cover and bake on high 2½ to 3 hours
- Serve warm
- Yield: 8 servings
- Per serving: 64 g water; 172 calories (3% from fat, 6% from protein, 91% from carb)
