Ingredients

• 8 ounces sun-dried tomatoes in oil – coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil – from tomatoes
• 8 ounces feta cheese – crumbled
• 1 bunch fresh cilantro – coarsely chopped
• 4 ounces angel hair pasta – cooked

Method

1. Combine first 3 ingredients and set aside.
2. Serve warm or cold.
