Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 1/2 large cooked spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup low-carb Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated vegetarian Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon ground peppercorn
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian blend cheese
Method
- Using a fork, remove the strands of spaghetti squash from the shell
- Place into a large bowl with butter and Alfredo sauce
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley, and peppercorn
- Pour into a 4-cup round baking dish and top with shredded cheese
- Place dish into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- When finished, cheese will be golden and bubbling
- Serve immediately
