Ingredients
SERVES 4 (1/4 cup per serving).
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Method
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until almonds are evenly coated with oil and spices
- Place almonds into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 6 minutes
- Toss the fryer basket halfway through the cooking time
- Allow to cool completely
