Air Fryer Shahi Tukda Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 slice White bread
- 600ml Milk
- 30g Sugar
- chopped nuts
- 2g Green cardamom powder
Method
- Cut the bread slice diagonally into fours
- Pre heat the Airfryer at 200oC for 3 minutes
- Place the bread in the Airfryer and set the timer to 5 minutes at a temperature of 160oC
- The bread should be cooked until toasted well
- In the meantime, add the sugar and cardamom powder to the milk and heat over a gas top
- Remove the bread from the Airfryer and soak it in the milk for
- 10-15 seconds Carefully remove the soaked slices and place them on the plate in which it is to be served
- Cook the remaining milk at low-medium heat until it thickens and becomes creamy (resembling the consistency of rabri)
- Before serving, spread the thickened milk over the bread slices, Garnish with the chopped nuts
