Air Fryer Quick And Easy Home Fries Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 4.

  • 1 medium jicama, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 medium white onion, peeled and diced

Method

  1. Cut jicama into 1 cubes
  2. Place into a large bowl and toss with coconut oil until coated
  3. Sprinkle with pepper and salt
  4. Place into the air fryer basket with peppers and onion
  5. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  6. Shake two or three times during cooking
  7. Jicama will be tender and dark around edges
  8. Serve immediately
