Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 medium jicama, peeled
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 medium white onion, peeled and diced
Method
- Cut jicama into 1 cubes
- Place into a large bowl and toss with coconut oil until coated
- Sprinkle with pepper and salt
- Place into the air fryer basket with peppers and onion
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Shake two or three times during cooking
- Jicama will be tender and dark around edges
- Serve immediately
