Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound asparagus
- 12 (0.5-ounce) slices prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
Method
- On a clean work surface, place an asparagus spear onto a slice of prosciutto
- Drizzle with coconut oil and lemon juice
- Sprinkle red pepper flakes and Parmesan across asparagus
- Roll prosciutto around asparagus spear
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Drizzle the asparagus roll with butter before serving
