Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 small to medium russet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil, divided
  • 3/4 to 1 teaspoon sea salt

Optional Toppings For Baked Potatoes:

  • butter, sour cream or greek yogurt
  • shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese or feta or goat cheese
  • crumbled cooked bacon
  • chopped chives or fresh herbs
  • guacamole or diced avocado
  • salsa or pico de gallo
  • hot sauce or sriracha

Method

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400
  2. Scrub the potatoes well with a brush then pat dry
  3. Poke each side of the potato with a fork
  4. Rub each potato with a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle all over with sea salt
  5. Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer tray and close
  6. Set to cook at 400 for 40 minutes
  7. You can flip them over at 25 minutes if you prefer, but it’s not necessary
  8. Serve immediately with choice of toppings
