Crispy Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 small to medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon oil, divided
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon sea salt
Optional Toppings For Baked Potatoes:
- butter, sour cream or greek yogurt
- shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese or feta or goat cheese
- crumbled cooked bacon
- chopped chives or fresh herbs
- guacamole or diced avocado
- salsa or pico de gallo
- hot sauce or sriracha
Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400
- Scrub the potatoes well with a brush then pat dry
- Poke each side of the potato with a fork
- Rub each potato with a teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle all over with sea salt
- Place the potatoes in the Air Fryer tray and close
- Set to cook at 400 for 40 minutes
- You can flip them over at 25 minutes if you prefer, but it’s not necessary
- Serve immediately with choice of toppings
