Ingredients
SERVES 1.
- 1/2 cup shredded whole-milk mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 tablespoon full-fat cream cheese
- 1 large egg white
Method
- Place mozzarella, almond flour, and cream cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl
- Microwave for 30 seconds
- Stir until smooth ball of dough forms
- Add egg white and stir until soft round dough forms
- Press into a 6 round pizza crust
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket and place crust on parchment
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Flip after 5 minutes and at this time place any desired toppings on the crust
- Continue cooking until golden
- Serve immediately
