Air Fryer Parmesan Herb Focaccia Bread Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 6.

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ounce full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
  • 1/4 cup ground golden flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted and divided

Method

  1. Place mozzarella, cream cheese, and almond flour into a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute
  2. Add the flaxseed, Parmesan, and baking soda and stir until smooth ball forms
  3. If the mixture cools too much, it will be hard to mix
  4. Return to microwave for 10-15 seconds to rewarm if necessary
  5. Stir in eggs
  6. You may need to use your hands to get them fully incorporated
  7. Just keep stirring and they will absorb into the dough
  8. Sprinkle dough with garlic powder, basil, and rosemary and knead into dough
  9. Grease a 6 round baking pan with 1 tablespoon melted butter
  10. Press the dough evenly into the pan
  11. Place pan into the air fryer basket
  12. Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
  13. At 7 minutes, cover with foil if bread begins to get too dark
  14. Remove and let cool at least 30 minutes
  15. Drizzle with remaining butter and serve
