Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp drained capers, chopped
- salt and freshly ground pepper.
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Method
- Coat a crock pot using a cooking spray
- Mix the mustard, garlic, capers, rosemary, about ½ tsp salt and pepper with vinegar
- Coat the chicken pieces with the vinegar mixture and marinade well
- Place the seasoned meat in the crock pot and add the leftover coating on top
- Allow to cook for 4-6 hours on low until the meat is tender
- Serve warm
