Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup full-fat sour cream
- 4 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 scallion, sliced on the bias
Method
- Place broccoli into the air fryer basket and drizzle it with coconut oil
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes
- Toss the basket two or three times during cooking to avoid burned spots
- When broccoli begins to crisp at ends, remove from fryer
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and crumbled bacon and garnish with scallion slices
