Ingredients
YIELD s 8 drumsticks (2 per serving).
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
Method
- Sprinkle baking powder and garlic powder over drumsticks and rub into chicken skin
- Place drumsticks into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 25 minutes
- Use tongs to turn drumsticks halfway through the cooking time
- When skin is golden and internal temperature is at least 165°F, remove from fryer
- In a large bowl, mix butter and lemon pepper seasoning
- Add drumsticks to the bowl and toss until coated
- Serve warm
