Air Fryer Italian Chicken Thighs Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Method

  1. Brush chicken thighs with butter and sprinkle remaining ingredients over thighs
  2. Place thighs into the air fryer basket
  3. Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
  4. Halfway through the cooking time, flip the thighs
  5. When fully cooked, internal temperature will be at least 165°F and skin will be crispy
  6. Serve warm
