Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Method
- Brush chicken thighs with butter and sprinkle remaining ingredients over thighs
- Place thighs into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 380°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
- Halfway through the cooking time, flip the thighs
- When fully cooked, internal temperature will be at least 165°F and skin will be crispy
- Serve warm
