Ingredients
- 10 no Medium prawns
- 40g Fresh bread crumbs
- 5g Ginger garlic paste
- 5g Coriander powder
- 5g Cumin powder
- 10ml Lemon juice
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ½ tsp Red chilli powder
- oil for brushing
- salt to taste
Method
- De-shell and de-vein the prawns but retain the tail
- Wash and pat dry
- Beat the prawns with a meat beater to flatten them
- Marinate the prawns in a mixture of all the ingredients except bread crumbs and oil
- Keep aside for 30 minutes
- Coat each prawn with bread crumbs
- Preheat the Airfryer at 180oC
- Brush the prawns with oil and cook in the Airfryer at 180oC for about 6-10 minutes or till golden brown
- Remove and serve hot
