Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/3 cup blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup sliced pickle
Method
- Whisk coconut flour, almond flour, chili powder, and garlic powder together in a medium bowl
- Whisk egg in a small bowl
- Pat each pickle with a paper towel and dip into the egg
- Then dredge in the flour mixture
- Place pickles into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Flip the pickles halfway through the cooking time
