Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound medium shelled and deveined shrimp
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered erythritol
- 1/4 cup full-fat mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp in butter, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder
- Place shrimp into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 7 minutes
- Flip the shrimp halfway through the cooking time
- Shrimp will be bright pink when fully cooked
- In another large bowl, mix sriracha, powdered erythritol, mayonnaise, and pepper
- Toss shrimp in the spicy mixture and serve immediately
