Ingredients

- 1 large russet potato, washed and peeled 1 tablespoon canola oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Method
- Cut potato into ¼-inch matchsticks
- Rinse fries, then place 10 at a time in the microwave for 3 minutes
- Then toss with oil and salt
- Place fries evenly in the basket-do not overcrowd
- Then put the basket and pan into the AIR FRYER
- Set the temperature to 400 degrees, set the timer to 10 minutes
- Microwave another batch of the fries while the first batch is frying
- After 5 minutes, toss fries and cook for an additional 5 minutes
- Once cooking is complete, remove
- Repeat with remaining fries
- Sprinkle with a bit more salt and allow to cool slightly
- Serve warm with ketchup or malt vinegar
