Ingredients
SERVES 1.
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 7 slices pepperoni
- 1/4 cup cooked ground sausage
- 2 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons low-carb, sugar-free pizza sauce, for dipping
Method
- Cover the bottom of a 6 cake pan with mozzarella
- Place pepperoni, sausage, and bacon on top of cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan
- Place pan into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Remove when cheese is bubbling and golden
- Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping
