Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 11/2 ounces pork rinds, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Method
- Place chicken tenders in large bowl and pour hot sauce over them
- Toss tenders in hot sauce, evenly coating
- In a separate large bowl, mix ground pork rinds with chili powder and garlic powder
- Place each tender in the ground pork rinds, covering completely
- Wet your hands with water and press down the pork rinds into the chicken
- Place the tenders in a single layer into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 20 minutes
- Serve warm
