Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1/4 cup salted butter, melted and divided
- 3 pounds crab legs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- juice of 1/2 medium lemon
Method
- In a large bowl, drizzle 2 tablespoons butter over crab legs
- Place crab legs into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Shake the air fryer basket to toss the crab legs halfway through the cooking time
- In a small bowl, mix remaining butter, garlic powder, and lemon juice
- To serve, crack open crab legs and remove meat
- Dip in lemon butter
