Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and divided
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 scallion, sliced
Method
- In a large bowl, mix coconut flour, baking powder, and garlic powder
- Stir in egg, half of the melted butter, Cheddar cheese, and scallions
- Pour the mixture into a 6 round baking pan
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
- To serve, remove from pan and allow to fully cool
- Slice into four pieces and pour remaining melted butter over each
