Ingredients
SERVES 6.
- 1 pound 80/20 ground beef
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, peeled and diced
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 large egg
- 3 tablespoons blanched finely ground almond flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon powdered erythritol
Method
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, pepper, egg, and almond flour
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and add the garlic powder and parsley to the bowl
- Mix until fully combined
- Divide the mixture into two and place into two (4) loaf baking pans
- In a small bowl, mix the tomato paste, water, and erythritol
- Spoon half the mixture over each loaf
- Working in batches if necessary, place loaf pans into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 180°F
- Serve warm
