Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 2 (3-ounce) salmon fillets, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced pickle jalapenos
- 1/2 medium lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Method
- Place salmon fillets into a 6 round baking pan
- Brush each with butter and sprinkle with chili powder and garlic
- Place jalapeno slices on top and around salmon
- Pour half of the lime juice over the salmon and cover with foil
- Place pan into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 370°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
- When fully cooked, salmon should flake easily with a fork and reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F
- To serve, spritz with remaining lime juice and garnish with cilantro
