Ingredients
- 200g Boneless chicken cube
- 20ml Vinegar
- 1 whole Egg
- 20g Roasted besan
- 50g Hung curd
- 5g Chilli powder
- 5g Garam masala powder
- 5g Red chilli
- 10g Ginger garlic paste
- butter for brushing
- salt to taste
Method
- Clean, wash and pat dry chicken
- Mix all the ingredients together except oil and marinate the chicken for 2-3 hrs
- Pre heat the Airfryer at 180oC
- Brush the chicken with butter and air fry for about 6-10 minutes or till the surface starts browning
- Serve hot with onion rings and chutney
