Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 1 pound ground chicken thigh meat
- 1/3 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 ounce pork rinds, finely ground
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Roll into 2 balls and place into the air fryer basket, working in batches if needed
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 12 minutes
- When done, internal temperature will be 165°F
- Serve immediately
