Air Fryer Buffalo Egg Cups Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  1. Crack eggs into two (4) ramekins
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and Cheddar
  3. Microwave for 20 seconds and then stir
  4. Place a spoonful into each ramekin on top of the eggs
  5. Place ramekins into the air fryer basket
  6. Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
  7. Serve warm
