Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 4 large eggs
- 2 ounces full-fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Crack eggs into two (4) ramekins
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and Cheddar
- Microwave for 20 seconds and then stir
- Place a spoonful into each ramekin on top of the eggs
- Place ramekins into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Serve warm
