Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 11/2 ounces pork rinds, finely ground
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 4 (4-ounce) pork chops
Method
- In a large bowl, mix ground pork rinds, chili powder, and garlic powder
- Brush each pork chop with coconut oil and then press into the pork rind mixture, coating both sides
- Place each coated pork chop into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Flip each pork chop halfway through the cooking time
- When fully cooked the pork chops will be golden on the outside and have an internal temperature of at least 145°F
