Air Fryer Blackened Cajun Chicken Tenders Recipe
Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- 1/4 cup full-fat ranch dressing
Method
- In a small bowl, combine all seasonings
- Drizzle oil over chicken tenders and then generously coat each tender in the spice mixture
- Place tenders into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 375°F and set the timer for 17 minutes
- Tenders will be 165°F internally when fully cooked
- Serve with ranch dressing for dipping
