Ingredients
SERVES 4.
- 4 cups stemmed kale
- 2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- In a large bowl, toss kale in avocado oil and sprinkle with salt
- Place into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 400°F and set the timer for 5 minutes
- Kale will be crispy when done
- Serve immediately
