Ingredients
SERVES 10.
- 1 pound flat iron beef, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Method
- Place all ingredients into a plastic storage bag or covered container and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator
- Place each slice of jerky on the air fryer rack in a single layer
- Adjust the temperature to 160°F and set the timer for 4 hours
- Cool and store in airtight container up to 1 week
