Air Fryer Basic Spaghetti Squash Recipe

Ingredients

SERVES 2.

  • 1/2 large spaghetti squash
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Method

  1. Brush shell of spaghetti squash with coconut oil
  2. Place the skin side down and brush the inside with butter
  3. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley
  4. Place squash with the skin side down into the air fryer basket
  5. Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 30 minutes
  6. When the timer beeps, flip the squash so skin side is up and cook an additional 15 minutes or until fork tender
  7. Serve warm
