Ingredients
SERVES 2.
- 1/2 large spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Method
- Brush shell of spaghetti squash with coconut oil
- Place the skin side down and brush the inside with butter
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley
- Place squash with the skin side down into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 30 minutes
- When the timer beeps, flip the squash so skin side is up and cook an additional 15 minutes or until fork tender
- Serve warm
