Ingredients
Serves 1-2
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 2-3 chicken thighs
Method
- Place all ingredients except for the chicken into a bowl, mix well
- Add the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes
- Place the rack* in the AIR FRYER basket
- Place the chicken on the rack, basting with some of the marinade
- Put the basket with rack into pan, then put them into the AIR FRYER
- Set temperature to 380 degrees and the timer to 15 minutes
- When cook time is complete, flip the chicken and baste with marinade
- Set timer for 10 minutes longer
