Ingredients
Serves 4
- ½ cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon Sriracha
- ½ cup panko crumbs
- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, prepared
Dipping Sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
Method
- In a shallow glass baking dish, mix together all ingredients except panko crumbs, shrimp and cooking spray
- Place panko bread crumbs in another shallow glass baking dish
- Dip each shrimp in batter then dip into panko to coat
- Place six shrimp in the basket and spritz with oil, then put the basket and pan into the AIR FRYER
- Set temperature to 400 degrees and timer for 10 minutes
- Shake basket halfway through
- Once cooking is complete, remove
- Repeat with remaining shrimp
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a large bowl
- Toss the cooked shrimp with the sauce and serve shrimp on a platter of shredded lettuce
