Ingredients
YIELD s 8 sticks (2 sticks per serving).:
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pickle jalapenos
- 2 large eggs
- 4 slices sugar-free bacon, cooked and chopped
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
- Cut a piece of parchment to fit your air fryer basket
- Place the parchment and cheese bread into the air fryer basket
- Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 15 minutes
- Carefully flip the bread when 5 minutes remain
- When fully cooked, the top will be golden brown
- Serve warm
