Ingredients
Makes 2 to 4 servings
- 2 cups brewed coffee
- 1 1/2 cups soy milk or other dairy-free milk
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon
Method
- In a large saucepan, heat the coffee, soy milk and chocolate syrup over medium heat
- Cook, stirring constantly, until it is simmering
- Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla
- Pour into cups and top with a dash of cinnamon
- Serve immediately
