Ingredients
Makes 1 or 2 servings
- 1 cup vanilla vegan yogurt
- 1/2 cup rosewater
- 1/3 cup superfine sugar or agave nectar
- 1/2 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
- In a blender or food processor, combine the yogurt, rosewater and sugar and blend until smooth
- Add the soy milk and ice and blend until smooth and creamy
- Serve immediately
