Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 2 fresh ripe mangos, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 cups vegan vanilla or coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup chilled plain or vanilla soy milk or other nondairy milk
- 4 ice cubes
- ground cardamom, for garnish (optional)
Method
- In a blender, combine the mangos and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth
- Add the soy milk and ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cardamom, if using
- Serve immediately
