Ingredients
Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange or pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh mint
- 2 cups pitted fresh cherries
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries or raspberries
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the orange juice, lime juice, agave nectar and mint
- Set aside
- In a large bowl, combine the cherries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
- Add the dressing and toss gently to combine
- Serve immediately
