Ingredients
Makes 4 to 6 servings
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 (12-ounce) bag broccoli slaw
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the tahini, miso, vinegar, oil and soy sauce
- Add the broccoli slaw, green onions and sesame seeds and toss to coat
- Set aside for 20 minutes before serving
