Ingredients
Makes 24 chips
- 12 Vegan Wonton Wrappers Toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup black sesame seeds
- salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 450°F
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and set aside
- Cut the wonton wrappers in half crosswise, brush them with sesame oil and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet
- Sprinkle wonton wrappers with the sesame seeds and salt to taste and bake until crisp and golden-brown, 5 to 7 minutes
- Cool completely before serving
- These are best eaten on the day they are made but, once cooled, they can be covered and stored at room temperature for 1 to 2 days
